Last week I talked about the creative process, Inktober and unexpected collaborations. I also dared you to find inspiration in an unlikely place…
I found inspiration at a women’s dance workshop I attended recently. I was reminded of how amazingly liberating creating art can be when you are “feeling” instead of “thinking” the process. It was very challenging to let go of judgements about the art I was making, but I’m happy I kept going even though it felt uncomfortable. Sometimes that’s a sign of growth! – By the way, this is a topic that I’m looking forward to exploring in future posts.
What was your unexpected source of inspiration? Did it teach you anything?

A veces siento que las lágrimas queman al salir. Hoy abrasan. Menos mal que el viejo Roble me consuela. —La memoria del bosque es de color verde —dice.
Sometimes I feel my tears burning. They are boiling today. Luckily old Oak comforts me. — The memory of the forest is painted green— He says.
Hay días en los que el Camino me lleva a mí y otros en los que le guío yo. Me encanta sorprenderle con nuevos paisajes y rutas olvidadas.
Some days the Path guides me, and other days I’m the one leading. I just love surprising the Path with new landscapes and forgotten routes.

Befriending Mr. Worm is like having an 'earth dragon' with whom you can enjoy thousands of adventures, with dangers lurking in the shadows.

I suspect my friend the Fox has tricked me again. He is always the first to finish counting the stars.
